Open Class Policies

We do not issue refunds. If you need to cancel or don’t attend the course, you will forfeit your payment. To reschedule*, you must email us at, ben@gacpr.com, prior to the start of the CPR class. You may only reschedule once.

LATE POLICY

AHA requires students to attend the entire class and to respect timely students, no late admittance allowed. You must make a request to reschedule in writing. A $25 rescheduling fee applies.* To reschedule see fee details. Return Policy

Georgia CPR wants you to be happy. If we make an error with your order, or you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please call us at 678-267-1378 right away. If there is another issue, many of our items carry a 30-day return policy as follows:
  1. You may receive a refund or credit on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Before we can accept your eligible return items, you must call us at 678-267-1378 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the number on the shipping label of each box to be returned so we’ll know how to process your refund. Items returned to us without original and undamaged packaging, or without an RMA, cannot be processed. Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted. Call us first!
  2. Items purchased from Georgia CPR may be returned under this policy except opened electrode pads or items with damaged packaging, opened rescue kits and packs, used batteries or those with opened packaging, used manikins, CPR masks and Shields. AEDs cannot be returned after delivery other than if a mistake made by us in shipping. Training purchases and AED Medical Direction services are not refundable once scheduled or online access credentials have been issued.
  3. Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we urge you to ship returns insured using a reputable carrier who will issue a tracking number for the shipment. Georgia CPR is not responsible for customer returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.
  4. Refunds or credits will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of returned items; refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original order.
